Read section 6 before you buy. The course is made available immediately after payment, which affects your right to cancel.

1. Who sells the course

The course is sold by Krzysztof Kluczniak, trading as Plus, operating the life-in.uk service (a sole trader established in the United Kingdom), address for service: Office 20433, 182–184 High Street North, East Ham, London E6 2JA, United Kingdom. Contact: [email protected] or the contact form.

We are not connected to the Home Office or to the publisher of the official handbook. We do not book tests and we do not act for you in any official matter.

2. What you are buying

Access to an online course preparing for the Life in the UK Test: audio lectures, a bank of questions in English with explanations, a mock exam, a repetition mode and a readiness counter.

The course is study material based on the official handbook. It does not contain the Home Office's own exam questions — those are not published.

3. Price and payment

The price is £39, paid once. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal. Payment is handled by Stripe; we neither see nor store your card details. The contract is formed when we receive confirmation of payment.

4. Access

Access lasts 180 days from purchase. After payment we email you a sign-in link. You sign in with a link sent to your email address — there is no password to set.

Extension: if you have not sat the test before your access ends, write to us. We extend it free of charge.

5. How you may use it

Access is personal. Do not share your sign-in link with anyone.
Recordings are for listening within the course. Downloading, copying and distributing the material is not permitted.
The course material is protected by copyright.

6. Your right to cancel

For distance sales a consumer normally has 14 days to cancel without giving a reason.

For digital content supplied immediately, that right is lost once you have given express consent to immediate supply and acknowledged that you lose the right to cancel. You give that consent during checkout, before paying.

If you have not signed in and have not played any recording, write to us within 14 days and we will refund you in full regardless. Charging for something nobody has started using is not right.

7. If something is wrong

The course must match its description, be fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If something does not work, or you find a factual error, write to us — we reply within two working days. We will fix the problem first; where that is not possible we refund part or all of the price. Your statutory rights are not affected.

8. Changes to the course

We keep developing the course. New questions and corrections are included at no extra cost for everyone with active access. Where the publisher updates the official handbook and the change affects examinable material, we update the course.

9. What we do not promise

We do not guarantee that you will pass. The result depends on the work you put in, and the test is run by an organisation independent of us.

We do not give immigration advice and we cannot tell you whether you personally must take the test. That information is on gov.uk.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and disputes fall to the courts of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence.

12. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. The version in force on the day you bought applies to your purchase.
