1. Who is responsible

2. What we collect and why

We do not collect card details. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe on their own page; we receive only the confirmation and your email address.
3. Who processes data for us
- Stripe — payments.
- Hetzner — the server the course runs on (Germany).
- Cloudflare — protection and delivery of the website.
- OVH — email for the domain.
4. How long we keep it
- Account and learning record — for the access period and 12 months after it ends, so you can come back without losing progress. Then deleted or anonymised.
- Order records — for the period required by tax law.
- Contact messages — up to 24 months.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. Write to [email protected] — we respond within one month.
You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
6. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies only: sesja, which keeps you
signed in to the course for 30 days, and Cloudflare's security cookies.
We use no advertising or analytics cookies, which is why you see no consent
banner — strictly necessary cookies do not require consent.
